Placeholder notice: These are draft terms of service for development purposes. They should be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal professional before FlarePath is made available to the public.
These terms govern your use of FlarePath. We've tried to keep them straightforward. If you have questions, please ask before you start using the service.
By creating a FlarePath account or using the service in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — if we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the product.
You may use FlarePath for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, to interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. Each account is for a single user — sharing credentials is not permitted.
FlarePath is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlarePath and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll give you reasonable notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of FlarePath after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us via the contact page. We'll respond within five business days.
